We are a small cottage bakery shipping our cosmic goodies across the country. While we do everything in our galactic power to ensure the goodies are packed to perfection, it's possible that they arrive damaged from the shipper. We will need you to send us photographic proof of the damage within 5 days of delivery so that we may file a damage claim with the shipper.

We will reship damaged items via regular delivery. If you would like expedited shipping, you will need to pay the expedited additional fees.

We DO NOT reship packages that show as "DELIVERED". If you are concerned about delivery, please let us know that you prefer for your package to be shipped to your local post office and held for you.
